Everdry Waterproofing utilized a distinctive ticketing system specific to the contracting industry, which acted as the cornerstone of their lead creation, confirmation and tracking system. This system allows Everdry’s field salespeople to log interested parties as leads while working in concert with the operations team for appointment verification. These interactions were an important aspect to be integrated into Salesforce as part of this implementation. The leads were tracked and organized around a complex, timing-based, bucketing system.
At the time of engagement, Everdry’s system was managed on paper and was in need of a digital makeover in Salesforce. The Salesforce implementation had to precisely mirror their existing process and automate areas where possible. This was critical in order to evolve their operations and improve their ability to drive leads to closure.
Caddie Inc. was able to recreate their manual process onto Sales Cloud and in addition, develop an integration between Everdry’s field sales application tool. Further, we were able to build out automated procedures to progress their leads and minimize manual input.
